Final Assemble

The body and frame was delivered on May 1, 2008.

This is the delivery truck and trailer that delivered it.  I wish it had been transported in a covered trailer.  The shipper was hauling other freight that had to be removed first.  So first we had to unload the generator, then we unloaded the Cobra and then RELOADED the generator.  This was not part of the plan, but with the help of a very good wrecker driver we got it done.

I arranged for a flat bed (roll back) wrecker to be at the delivery point.  With the help of the very helpful wrecker driver, Chris Banks, we got the Cobra unloaded from the delivery trailer.

Finally after 5 months of waiting the Cobra is unloaded into the barn.

Here we are separating the Cobra from the shipping crate.  After examining the fiberglass body we were very happy with it.  The fiberglass was very thick and well sanded.
